Bananabox Trust who are members of our sister organisation the SMP are pleased that the latest container has arrived in Ekwendeni and been unpacked! There were some 1,200 items on board, sent by over 60 UK based organisations to nearly 100 partners in Malawi.
The contents include relief for poverty-stricken communities, including clothing for orphaned children and people with AIDS. A lot of this is distributed by the three mission hospitals in Northern Malawi; much is also distributed by partners working with local communities, making a huge difference.
