Ms Masangano is adept at developing strategies and managing projects in many sectors.
She has formulated, developed and implemented sustainable economic growth initiatives and viable businesses, through the provision of an enabling environment and critical investments in infrastructure, technology and human resources.
Stella joins Malawi Scotland Partnership in February 2021 taking over the wagon of facilitating strong alliances between organizations, individuals with interest in Malawi and Scotland and reports to Board of Directors.
She will be focused on strategic development of the organization, engagement with the respective government departments and ministries, private entities and external partnership.
Stella is very passionate in international Trade and poverty alleviation. Ms Masangano has excellent communication skills and ability to interface with key operatives, stakeholders, C-level executives and senior government personnel from diverse geographic and cultural backgrounds.
She likes jogging, swimming, joking and believes Malawi has the potential to develop if we empower women and youths economically

Linda joined Malawi Scotland Partnership in August 2019 as the Programme Officer. She is responsible for assisting in developing, managing and evaluating various programme elements within MaSP. She is also a liaison person between MaSP and its stakeholders.
Linda holds a Masters Degree in Development Studies and a Bachelors Degree in Education both from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College.

Mphatso joined Malawi Scotland Partnership in March 2013 as Finance Associate reporting to the then Finance Manager.
In June 2017, Mphatso rose to the post of Finance and administration officer and started reporting to the MaSP CEO where his duties includes production of monthly management and annual financial reports, budget tracking, overall responsibility for all aspects of financial management and internal controls, preparation of annual budgets, development and implementation of relevant financial policies in liaison with the CEO.
He is also responsible in ensuring that there is uninterrupted operations at the secretariat, and the three communication and resource centres in Lilongwe, Mzuzu and Blantyre.
He holds an accounting I.C.A.M Diploma and he is also studying towards the completion of his Bachelors Degree in Applied Accounting, Audit and Information systems (BAAA-IS) at Malawi College of accountancy.

Mtameni joined MaSP in January 2020 as a Communications Intern and after working for 6 months he later moved to Mzuzu in August 2020, to take up the post of Northern Region Coordinator. He manages the MaSP website, membership database and social media platforms aimed at increasing awareness of Malawi’s links with Scotland and also works to inspire the next generation to be engaged with Scotland though the Schools and Youth Program.
Mtameni has a passion for the use of digital media as a tool for Development and is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University Of Malawi With A Focus on Communication, Philosophy and Music. Mtameni loves to read, sing, travel and have deep conversations with random strangers.

Ruth joined Malawi Scotland Partnership in 2014 as a Communication and Resource Centre Assistant for the Blantyre CRC and later promoted to her recent position because of hardworking and dedication on her work.
She is a holder of a Degree in Business Administration major in Strategic Management and also a holder of Certificate in Computer engineering (Software and Hardware).
Ruth has a vast experience working with both glass root and international organisations as her work involves coordinating the southern region Partnerships and activities at the same time making sure that there is communication and networking between partners. As a regional Coordinator she makes sure that l communication and resource centre is well equipped to support members work locally. In her work Ruth provides success stories from members to be published in the news bulletin which is published every Friday.
She also works to inspire the youths who are engaged With MaSP through the school partnership and other programs.
Prior to MaSP Ruth worked as a sales executive for Medsurge.

Hendricks joined Malawi Scotland Partnership in September, 2019 as Project Coordinator. He is responsible for management of Malawi Youth Leaders Climate Change Project.
He has extensive experience on implementing Climate Smart Agriculture, Village Saving and Loans and Self-Help groups as well as DRR/DRM and also managing humanitarian response and climate change related programs.
Hendricks holds Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Extension from Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources-Bunda College and Diploma in Agriculture from Natural Resources College.
Hendricks enjoys reading and listening to music.

Chinsisi joined MaSP in July 2018 as a Communications Intern then moved to the Young Leaders’ Climate Change Project in September 2018. Her educational background is in Christian Community Leadership with Communications obtained from African Bible College (University) in Uganda.
She is a Communications Professional with a 9 year background in youth and vulnerable groups programming such Girls’ Education, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Environment, Health, Child Protection and Safeguarding, Women Empowerment as well as HIV/AIDS.
Her interest and passion is in working with the youth and working on this project has given her an amazing platform for interaction as well as personal and professional growth and development.
