We were delighted to host Fraser and Tracey at our Blantyre office, who have come all the way from Scotland to spend a year in Malawi. They are deeply engaged in a special project centered on sports and leadership within primary schools. The core objective of this project is to harness the power of sports as a means of teaching leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to primary school students.
Fraser and Tracey are collaborating closely with the Ministry of Sport and Education to ensure that the valuable insights and skills gained from this initiative are shared and extended to other schools across the region. Their commitment to promoting leadership through sports promises to leave a lasting impact on the education landscape in Malawi.
