The State President His Excellency Dr. Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera delivered the 2022 State of the Nation address to Parliament at the opening of the 5th meeting in the 49th Session of Parliament and the 2022/2023 Budget Meeting.The address – which was titled “Fixing The Systems to Deliver Long-Term Priorities and Diffuse Short-Term Pressures” . In the Address he highlighted numerous anomalies in the state systems that have governed our institutions for decades and how his administration is rectifying these using consistent systemic reforms.
