Over the last 4 years, Center for Youth and Development joint program with the Turing Trust – Improving Access to ICT Program, has been supporting secondary schools in Malawi with ICT resources. Recently they discovered the high need for computers in universities in Malawi. Although Universities did have some computers, they were never enough for the numbers of students who needed to use them and most students do not own their own devices. So far they have supported 5 university campuses with a total of 200 computers.
