The Malawi Scotland Partnership (MaSP) invites applications for the position of Programs Officer.
MaSP is an independent national umbrella organization that exists to inspire the people and organizations of Malawi to engage with Scotland in an informed, coordinated, and effective manner for the benefit of both nations. Through fostering collaboration, reducing duplication of effort, and strengthening civic links, MaSP contributes to sustainable development and poverty reduction in Malawi.
We are seeking a visionary, energetic, and strategically focused individual to help strengthen and advance the historic 160-year Malawi–Scotland partnership.

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
Malawi Scotland Partnership (MaSP) is seeking a motivated and skilled Website Management and Communications Officer to support and strengthen the organisation’s digital presence.
This role will be responsible for managing and updating the MaSP website, publishing content across communication platforms, and supporting digital storytelling that reflects MaSP’s mission, values, and impact in both Malawi and Scotland. The position will also ensure that all online content aligns with NGO branding and donor visibility requirements.
The role is remote and offered on a part-time basis for three (3) months, reporting to the Regional Coordinator.

GENDER MAINSTREAMING
FRAMEWORK
The Malawi Scotland Partnership (MaSP) is seeking a qualified consultant to design and support the implementation of a Strategic Framework for Gender Mainstreaming, aligned with its 2026–2030 Strategic Plan.
The assignment will include a gender analysis, development of a Gender Equality Objective, a gender-sensitive monitoring framework, and capacity-building support for MaSP staff, Board, and members.
