Livingstonia Synod AIDS Programme (LISAP) has trained youths in Makumbo, NkhataBay district on how to make eco-friendly stoves. The stoves are designed to use less firewood, which will help to preserve the environment.
The youths are excited about the opportunity to learn this new skill. They say that they will use the stoves to cook food for their families and to sell to other community members. They also plan to train more young people in stove production.
The eco-friendly stoves are a great way to help the environment and to improve the lives of the people in Makumbo. LISAP is committed to supporting projects that promote sustainable development.
