We are delighted to invite you to attend the Scottish Government’s online Supplier Information Day, in relation to their new Women and Girls Fund. This event is specifically targeted towards organisations with suitable experience and capability in undertaking the design of the Fund using participatory methodology, and who can manage the program.
The event will take place on Thursday 4th May, from 11.00-12.30 (Central Africa Time), and will provide more details about the opportunity and additional information regarding their procurement process. Feedback provided at the event will also inform the final program specification, procurement, and tendering process.
As you may know, the aim of the Fund is to provide appropriately targeted direct funding to support women and girls, with the advancement of gender equality and the rights of women and girls as a principal objective. The fund will likely focus on advocacy and/or core strengthening of women’s organizations within the partner countries.
