Link Community Development is a family of not for profit organisations working together to transform education for children and communities across impoverished rural areas of Ethiopia, Ghana, Malawi, Rwanda and Uganda. Link has been working in Malawi since 2006.

Link Malawi is recruiting for multiple roles to deliver an exciting new project: Transformational Empowerment of Adolescent Marginalised Girls in Malawi (“TEAM Girl Malawi”). This five year project in Dedza, Mchinji and Lilongwe will improve learning and life chances for girls aged 10–19 who have never been to school or who dropped out of school without gaining functional literacy and numeracy.

We are seeking highly qualified and self-motivated professionals who are passionate about making a positive change in the world. Experience in education, community engagement, and gender or disability inclusion is strongly preferred.
