We’re delighted to announce that the Scottish Government’s Small Grants Programme has now opened for applications.

The programme is specifically intended to accommodate requests for funding from Scottish based organisations with an annual expenditure of less than £250,000. Project grants of up to £60,000 are available for up to a three year period, as well as feasibility and capacity building grants of up to £10,000 for up to one year.

Feasibility and capacity building grants are open to Scottish-based organisations working in any country rated as either medium or low in the United Nations development index and project grants are open to Scottish-based organisations working in our priority countries: Malawi, Zambia and Rwanda.

The funding will support projects that help some of the world’s most vulnerable people and communities and contribute to the current International Development Strategy and overarching Scottish Government outcomes.

The application closing date is 16th November 2018 and we encourage all our members who qualify to apply.

Further information on the fund is available on the Corra Foundation’s website.
