On Monday, the Scottish Government announced a minor reshuffle, which saw Jenny Gilruth MSP taking the Transport portfolio with immediate effect, and Neil Gray MSP entering government as Minister for Culture, Europe and International Development.
We welcome Neil Gray MSP’s appointment as the International Development Minister and look forward to working closely with him in this important role.
Mr Gray is a longstanding supporter of Scotland’s links with Malawi and has used his time as both an MP and MSP to champion our members’ work.
