Malawi National Netball Team(The Queens) Player Towera Vinkhumbo has been voted Player of the Players in the 2021 Vitality netball league. To add on to this stellar achievement she has also been named in the Leagues All Star 7.
Vinkhumbo who plays for Scottish Franchise Strathclyde Sirens was voted for the award after an outstanding first season with the team. The Malawi international led the league in terms of intercepts with 60, creating 93 turnovers and adding 56 deflections to her tally during the 20 rounds.
