Towera Vinkhumbo continues to do Malawi proud with outstanding performances that have seen her alongside fellow Malawian Joyce Mvula brush shoulders with the best in five out of six categories in the United Kingdom’s Vitality Netball Superleague.

The categories reflect players’ overall performances since throw-off of the season on February 12 and are updated every weekend.
Strathclyde Sirens’ goal defender Vinkhumbo is at the summit of the most intercepts category with 31, four ahead of Razia Quashie who plays for Saracens Mavericks.

Vinkhumbo is also the best in the most turnovers category with 45 while second-placed Lucy Herdman of Severn Stars has 41.

In the most penalties list, Vinkhumbo is fourth after amassing 100. London Pulse’s Halimot Adio leads the category with 127.
